Muswellbrook Workers Club Invests $232,090 in Community

$232,090 Invested Back Into Our Community Through ClubGRANTS

At Muswellbrook Workers Club, being part of the community means far more than providing a place to meet, dine and enjoy. It means actively supporting the organisations, volunteers and services that make our region stronger. Through our 2025/26 ClubGRANTS program, the Club contributed $232,090 to local organisations, community services and sporting groups across Muswellbrook and the Upper Hunter.

Who Received ClubGRANTS Funding This Year?

This year’s ClubGRANTS funding was directed across two key areas of community need.

In the area of community welfare and services, support went to Legacy Muswellbrook, Edinglassie Rural Fire Brigade, Muswellbrook Hospital Auxiliary, Upper Hunter Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service, Upper Hunter Community Services, Upper Hunter Homeless and Outreach, and the Clontarf Foundation.

In sport and community, funding supported Muswellbrook and District Junior Rams Football Club, Muswellbrook and District Rams Football Club, Muswellbrook Snooker Club, Muswellbrook Touch Football Association, Upper Hunter Veteran Golfers, Muswellbrook Squash Club, Towarri Physical Culture, McCullys Gap Hall Association, and Hunter Regional Conservatorium.

These groups represent the heart of what makes Muswellbrook and the Upper Hunter such a strong and connected community. From emergency services and welfare support to junior sport and the arts, ClubGRANTS funding touches so many corners of everyday life in our region.

$591,881 Invested Over Three Years

Over the past three years, Muswellbrook Workers Club has contributed $591,881 through ClubGRANTS. That money has helped local groups purchase equipment, deliver essential services, support people doing it tough, create opportunities for young people, and back the volunteers who give so much of their time to our community.

$232,090 this year. $591,881 over three years. And a commitment to keep supporting the Muswellbrook and Upper Hunter community for years to come.

We’re incredibly proud to play our part alongside every local organisation, volunteer and community group doing such incredible work across our region. Thank you.
