What it is and what you get

The club is currently looking to fill several casual roles in our Customer Service Team. Successful applicants may be working in all club areas including bar, gaming and reception services Continual cleaning, tidying and sanitation is a task that is included in all club roles. Payment Conditions as per the Registered and Licensed Club Award 2020

What we need – Skills and Attributes that you must have

A desire to want to make other people happy Able to work as part of a team but also without supervision when required Able to talk to real life people – our customers are in front of you, not on a screen Flexibility to meet club needs (staying back when it’s busy, able to help out at short notice if required…) Available most nights and weekends as a minimum – the more availability the more hours you can get! Reliable transport

What we want – Skills that you are working towards

RSA/RCG Certification or willingness to obtain A desire to learn more about and upskill in the service industry
